Opportunities

We are pleased to support high-quality undergraduate and graduate student research in the interdisciplinary fields of race, ethnicity, and immigration. This includes grants for faculty-directed research conducted by Penn undergraduates, fellowships for independent graduate and undergraduate student research, and conference and training grants for graduate students. Funded by the Turner Schulman Endowed Research Fund, calls for applications (CFAs) are issued at the beginning of the academic year. Proposals are considered on a rolling basis until April 30.
