Chenoa Flippen, Ph.D.

Chenoa Flippen is a Professor in the Department of Sociology and the Population Studies Center at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research centers on racial and ethnic inequality and immigrant incorporation in the United States. Within these broad areas, her work focuses on the connection between geographic and social mobility, particularly the implications for stratification of the geographic dispersion of the U.S.

Michael Jones-Correa, Ph.D

Michael Jones-Correa, Ph.D., is President’s Distinguished Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is Chair of the Political Science Department. He taught previously at Harvard and Cornell, where he served as the Robert J. Katz Chair of the Department of Government from 2014-2016.
